Delivery
At MY AVENUE, we know how important timing can be when planning a renovation, build or installation. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Thirroul, NSW.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location, the size of your order, and whether your address is metro, regional or remote.
The below timeframes are estimates and apply after dispatch.

Regional, WA & NT Deliveries
Deliveries to regional areas, WA, NT and remote locations can take a little longer due to the distance from our NSW warehouse and the courier network required to reach these areas.
In some cases, parcels may be transferred between depots or local delivery partners before arriving with you. This is completely normal for regional and remote deliveries, but we always recommend allowing a little extra time if your order is needed for a specific stage of your project.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is not currently available at checkout.
However, if your order is urgent, please reach out to us before placing your order. We’ll always do our best to see what options may be available and help you plan around your timeline.
While we can’t always guarantee a faster delivery service, we’re more than happy to support where we can.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order may be held until all items are available for dispatch.
If you’d prefer your in-stock items to be sent first, please get in touch and we can let you know what’s possible.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier demand, public holidays, weather events, remote delivery locations or depot transfers.
Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery is managed by the courier. If you have any concerns about your tracking, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist where we can.
