At My Avenue, we understand that circumstances may change.

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it for something else, a credit note, or a full refund. Please note, this applies for items purchased at full-price only. All items bought on sale, clearance, or during a flash promotion, are final sale. 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

(i) All returned products must be in their original, unused, and uninstalled condition.

(ii) Packaging must be in it's original condition, free from writing, postage labels, and any damage.

Return postage costs:

Customers are responsible for covering all return postage costs. For your security, we recommend using postal tracking and insurance when returning items. Please avoid applying postage labels directly to the product's packaging; instead, use a separate postage bag or box.

How to make a return:

1. Please get in touch with us at info@myavenue.com.au, with:

(i) your order number

(ii) the item(s) you wish to return

(iii) the reason for your return

(iv) whether you would like to exchange it for something else, get a credit note, or a full refund

2. We will then advise you on next steps.
